View Full Commission Plan

Flat Fee Structure:

  • $499,999 and under: $495 Flat Fee
  • $500,000 and above: $495 + $250 per additional $500K

Fees Per Transaction:

  • Residential E&O Insurance: $195
  • Transaction Coordination: $500

Annual Dues:

  • Brokerage Fee: $750 due at first closing of the year

Mentorship (New Agents):

Agents with fewer than three closings in the past 12 months will allocate 10% of the gross commission from their first three deals to a mentor.
